ART. 1: CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE

The customer acknowledges having read the General Conditions of Sale at the time of booking.

ART.2 : OFFERS

Our offers are made without commitment on our part, the reservation is effective after our acceptance of the order or quote.

ART.3 : RESERVATIONS

Making a reservation (via the online reservation form, quote(s), order by email, telephone call and

ART.4 : PRICES

Our prices are available on simple

request by email or telephone (contact@niceairporttransfer.fr & +33 6 52 32 79 ) and communicated for information purposes only. The advertised prices are indicated in the fixed price according to the (type of vehicle used), these prices include the time of the service (increase Day on Sundays and public holidays and Night between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Our prices include :

ART.5 : SERVICES

The service is provided on the day and at the time specified when booking, the drivers are punctual, except in cases of force majeure (accident, traffic difficulties, etc.).

The customer will have previously informed the NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY of the train number or flight coordinates of their plane to monitor the delay and its organization. In the event that the customer who has reserved and/or paid for a service does not show up at the place and time that he himself indicated, such that the carrier would be unable to provide support, the liability of NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY cannot be incurred, no reimbursement or compensation will be due, and/or the service would be due to it in its entirety.

NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY reserves the right to refuse a trip if one or more of the person(s) transported is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or whose behavior is agitated and/or or violent may harm the safety of the people transported and/or the driver.

ART.6 : CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY will withhold cancellation compensation based on the total Net amount.

This compensation is calculated based on the time between the reserved date and the date on which NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY was informed of the cancellation:

Terms of cancelation :

  • 7 to 3 days before departure: 30% charged
  • 2 days before departure: 50% charged
  • 24 hours before departure: 70% charged
  • same day 100% invoiced

ART.7: PAYMENT

 

ART.7.1 : PRICE

 

The prices charged are free, the price of the services is that in force at the time of the order, or according to the expiry date of the quote previously established by NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY , and accepted by the customer.

ART.7.2 : PAYMENT DEADLINE:

According to the conditions provided for in the contract established between the parties.

ART.7.2.1 : PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESSES

Discount for early payment: 0%.

In the event of late payment on the part of the customer, late payment penalties, corresponding to a percentage of the amount including tax of the sums owed by the latter, will be automatically and automatically acquired by NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY from the day after the payment. due date of the invoice, without any formalities or prior notice. These late payment penalties will be calculated on the basis of an annual rate corresponding to three times the legal interest rate.

ART.7.2.2 : INDIVIDUALS (Terms of Settlement)

Cash payment: The individual customer has the obligation to pay in full for the service no later than the day of the service .

ART.7.3 : TYPE OF REGULATION ACCEPTED

Payments accepted are as follows:

  • Bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express and foreign cards) + 2.95%

Cash : Please note: our drivers only have very little cash on board their vehicles, the user or customer will therefore have to make extra.

Bank card : By providing your bank card information, you authorize NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY to debit your bank card for the amount corresponding to the All-Inclusive Price. As such, you declare that you are the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on the card is in fact yours.

At no time can NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY access and/or store your banking data, except with the prior consent of the customer.

Check : No payment by check is accepted.

ART.8 : PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

CÔTE D’AZUR VTC provides care for people with reduced mobility.

People with reduced mobility traveling in folding and transportable wheelchairs can, depending on their pathology, be taken care of by qualified personnel in accordance with the regulations in this area. These people are taken care of in NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY vehicles .

People with reduced mobility whose transport requires adapted means (equipped and approved vehicle and driver trained for PRM transport, e.g. with a loading ramp) need to contact the NJ TRANSPORT COMPANY  team so that they can be proposed a transport offer adapted to their needs.

ART.9: COMPUTING AND FREEDOMS

The parties to the contracts declare that they respect the obligations imposed on them by the regulations in force regarding the production of personal data, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978; amended by the law of August 6, 2004.

ART.10 : CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

These General Conditions of Sale are expressly approved and accepted by the customer who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase.
