Who is Nice Airport Transfer?

Nice Airport Transfer is a private chauffeur company specialising in transfers to and from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. We serve the hotels, private residences and ports of the region: Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Saint-Tropez.

Behind the website there is a team: professional chauffeurs who know the roads of the French Riviera, its rush hours and the entrances of its hotels. Our job is not just to drive. It is to make sure your arrival, your meeting or your evening goes exactly as planned.

We work for holidaymakers as well as for companies, agencies and event organisers who entrust us with their guests.

Our ambition is simple: that you no longer have to think about transport. You tell us where and when, and we take care of the rest, with the same attention for a ten-minute ride as for a full day.

Our story: chauffeurs on the French Riviera since 2010

Nice Airport Transfer was founded by Nicolas Jayet, a chauffeur since 2010. The original idea was simple: to offer travellers landing in Nice a journey booked in advance, at a known price, with a chauffeur waiting as they step off the plane.

Over the years, requests went beyond the simple airport transfer: journeys between towns, chauffeurs at disposal for the day, support for congresses and festivals. The business grew around a team of chauffeurs and a fleet of Mercedes vehicles.

What has not changed since day one: punctuality, discretion and the attention paid to every passenger. That is why many of our clients come back year after year.

Today, Nice Airport Transfer remains a company on a human scale: you deal with people who know your booking, not with an anonymous platform.

How Nice Airport Transfer works

A good journey is prepared before departure. Here is how we go about it, from your request to your arrival.

1. We listen to what you need

A single ride, a schedule over several days or an event: you tell us your times, your passengers and your luggage. If anything is unclear, we ask you beforehand, not on the day.

2. We prepare the journey

We allocate the right vehicle, check the address and the access, and track your flight. During major events, we anticipate closed roads and changed drop-off points.

3. We drive you

Your chauffeur is on site on time, welcomes you and takes care of the rest. All you have to do is enjoy the ride, work or rest.

Up to three passengers. The vehicle for business trips and transfers for two.

Premium van · V-Class

Up to seven passengers, six of them in the rear. For families, groups and bulky luggage.

Up to three passengers. The very top of the range for a special occasion or a guest to welcome.

Behind the scenes

A day with our chauffeurs

To understand what Nice Airport Transfer does, the simplest way is to follow an ordinary day.

In the morning

The first flights land early. One chauffeur meets a business traveller at Terminal 2 and drops him at his meeting in Sophia Antipolis; another drives a family from their hotel to the airport for an early departure.

In the afternoon

Holiday arrivals follow one another: a V-Class for six people to Antibes, a saloon to a hotel on the Promenade des Anglais, a transfer to the port for a cruise.

In the evening

It is time for dinners, evenings out and the last flights. A chauffeur at disposal waits for his passengers outside a restaurant in Monaco and drives them back to Nice.

Between journeys, the vehicles are checked and cleaned, the next day’s flights are verified and quote requests are answered. It is this preparation, invisible to the passenger, that makes a journey go well.

Since 2010, experience has taught us a few simple habits that make the difference between an acceptable journey and a really good one. We are happy to share them with our passengers, whether it is your first trip to the French Riviera or a journey you make every month.

Give us your flight number

It is the most useful piece of information. It lets us track your plane, know which terminal you arrive at and adjust the pickup time without you having to tell us.

Describe your luggage

Two cabin bags and four large suitcases do not call for the same vehicle. If in doubt, just say so: we choose between the saloon and the van with you.

Allow plenty of time for the return

For a departure, allow a margin for traffic and airport formalities. We suggest a pickup time suited to your flight and your address.
