Travelling from Paris, elsewhere in France or overseas for a festival, trade show or congress? Plan Nice Airport transfers for colleagues, executives and guests, followed by their journeys throughout the event.

Your programme comes first
Start with a clear itinerary: flights, hotels, meeting locations, timings and contacts. For one person or a team, we review the journeys and suitable vehicle. Request a coordinated proposal for several flights or cars.
An airport transfer covers a defined journey. An hourly or daily chauffeur service supports a programme with several stops: duration, journeys, waiting time and terms are specified in the quote.

Services for your team
Meet & greet with a name sign, flight tracking and a journey to the agreed address. Give the full hotel name: Carlton, Martinez, Majestic or your accommodation in Monaco, Nice or Antibes.
For meetings, receptions and successive appointments, request a chauffeur service. Give start and end times, locations and waiting requirements; availability and terms are confirmed in your quote.
The V-Class seats up to seven passengers, subject to luggage. For separate arrivals or a larger party, request several vehicles with a clear passenger list.
Access depends on restrictions and organiser instructions. Agree an accessible point near your destination; vehicles do not automatically have event accreditation.
Send a list with the date, flight, passengers, luggage, hotel and contact for each arrival. Vehicles and timings are reviewed in a tailored proposal.
The quote covers the agreed transport. Arrange tickets, accreditation, hotels and event admission with the relevant suppliers or organisers.
Check each event’s official website for edition dates, venues, registration and access. Share your travel details before booking transport.
Frequently asked
From Cannes to Monaco, the French Riviera events calendar is busy all year: trade events, sporting events and festivals follow one another from January to December. Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often when planning transport for these events.
As soon as your dates are known. During the major shows and festivals, available vehicles are booked several weeks ahead, especially for arrivals the day before and departures on the last day.
Yes. A Mercedes V-Class carries up to seven passengers with their luggage. For a larger group, we coordinate several vehicles for the same times, working from the list of flights and hotels.
No. We provide transport only. Badges and tickets are obtained from the organiser of each event.
Your chauffeur follows your flight and adjusts the pick-up time. At Nice Airport, waiting time is included for up to one hour after landing.
Yes, on quotation. It is often the simplest solution during an event: the same chauffeur takes you from meeting to meeting and waits for you in the evening.
At the authorised point closest to the entrance, depending on the day’s traffic arrangements. In Cannes as in Monaco, the area around the conference centres is restricted during major events.
