ILTM in a few words

The International Luxury Travel Market is a trade show, by invitation: it brings together hotels, destinations and high-end suppliers on one side, and travel agencies and advisers on the other. The days are built around appointments scheduled in advance.

02 · The journey

From Nice Airport to Cannes

Allow 35 to 45 minutes by the A8 motorway in normal conditions. Arrivals are concentrated on the opening day; departures, on the afternoon of the last day.

Your chauffeur waits at arrivals with a sign bearing your name or your company’s, follows your flight and drives you straight to your hotel on the Croisette.

03 · The evenings

Dinners, receptions and meetings outside the Palais

At ILTM, much of the conversation happens away from the stands: breakfasts in the grand hotels, lunches on the Croisette, receptions in villas and hotels nearby, as far as Antibes and Mougins.

• Send us your diary for the week in one go: we organise all the journeys.
• If you are hosting guests, we can coordinate several vehicles and several addresses.
• The S-Class is often chosen for executives; the V-Class for teams.

04 · Our tips

Planning the week with peace of mind

• Book early: the first week of December is in high demand in Cannes.
• Give the name of the hotel and the entrance you prefer; some properties have a dedicated access.
• Plan your journey back to the airport when you book your arrival.

Before you go

ILTM programme and registration

Official information (times, access, programme) is published on the ILTM Cannes website. We recommend checking it a few days before you travel, as details can change.

The organiser sets out the week’s schedule, the conditions for taking part and the official events there.

ILTM runs on appointments planned in advance, often every twenty minutes. A delay in the morning pushes back the whole day: it is better to stay near the Palais or to book a daily journey at a fixed time, with a margin.

If you are hosting clients during ILTM, take care over their arrival: a chauffeur waiting at the airport with a sign in your company’s name, a direct journey to the hotel, luggage handled. These are details, but they set the tone for the stay. Send us the list of flights: we organise all the welcomes.

Booking your chauffeur in practice

Whatever your journey, booking follows the same steps.

• You tell us your journey. Pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags: the online booking form shows the price before you confirm anything.
• You choose your vehicle. Mercedes E-Class or S-Class saloon for up to three passengers, V-Class for up to seven.
• You receive a confirmation. It sums up your journey and the pick-up time.
• Your chauffeur is waiting. At the airport, he follows your flight and waiting time is included for up to one hour after landing.

Payment is by card online or in cash. Cancellation is free of charge more than 48 hours before departure. For a special request, a group or a chauffeur at your disposal, write to us: we reply with a quote.
