MIPIM in a few words

MIPIM is the international property industry’s major gathering: investors, developers, local authorities, architects and advisers meet to present projects and build partnerships. It is held at the Palais des Festivals, at the end of the Croisette.

The dates change every year: check the organiser’s website before booking your flights. Badges are available only from the organiser; we provide transport, not accreditation.

From Nice Airport to Cannes during MIPIM

Your chauffeur drops you at your hotel or at the authorised point closest to the Palais, depending on the day’s traffic arrangements.

03 · On site

Getting around during the week

MIPIM does not only happen at the Palais. Meetings also take place in the hotels on the Croisette, on yachts in the old port and, in the evening, in restaurants and villas nearby.

• Staying outside Cannes: many participants stay in Antibes, Mandelieu, Mougins or Nice. A daily return journey is best booked in advance.
• Dinners and evening events: give us the address and expected end time, and your chauffeur waits for you.
• Busy days: a chauffeur at your disposal saves booking each journey separately.

Four tips from our chauffeurs

• Book early: during the show, available vehicles go quickly.
• Send us your flight number, hotel and evening plans in one go.
• For a team, the V-Class carries up to seven people; beyond that, we coordinate several vehicles.
• Leave a margin before a meeting at the Palais: the last few metres are often on foot.

Before you go

MIPIM dates, badges and programme

Official information (times, access, programme) is published on the MIPIM website. We recommend checking it a few days before you travel, as details can change.

The organiser publishes the dates of the next edition, the conference programme and registration details there.

MIPIM brings whole delegations every year: senior management, sales teams, elected officials and partners. For a group, the most efficient approach is to send us a single table with everyone’s flights, hotels and meetings. We allocate the vehicles and send you a schedule per person, with the chauffeur’s name.

During MIPIM, hotels on the Croisette are often full months in advance. If your team is staying in Antibes, Mandelieu or Nice, plan an outward journey in the morning before the doors open and a return after the evening events: those are the two busiest slots of the week.

Booking your chauffeur in practice

Whatever your journey, booking follows the same steps.

• You tell us your journey. Pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags: the online booking form shows the price before you confirm anything.
• You choose your vehicle. Mercedes E-Class or S-Class saloon for up to three passengers, V-Class for up to seven.
• You receive a confirmation. It sums up your journey and the pick-up time.
• Your chauffeur is waiting. At the airport, he follows your flight and waiting time is included for up to one hour after landing.

Payment is by card online or in cash. Cancellation is free of charge more than 48 hours before departure. For a special request, a group or a chauffeur at your disposal, write to us: we reply with a quote.
