Port Hercule
The yachts are moored along the quays and the stands occupy the area around the port. Your chauffeur drops you at the entrance closest to your first appointment; you then enter the show on foot, with your badge.
Superyachts
Port Hercule hosts the superyacht industry’s meetings. Owners, brokers, shipyards and guests should provide the yacht name, berth and crew contact before travelling from Nice.

The event
The Monaco Yacht Show is the world’s leading superyacht event. Every year, in late September, shipyards, brokers, designers and owners gather at Port Hercule to discover the largest yachts of the year.
During the Monaco Yacht Show, visits on board are by appointment and discussions continue in the hotels and restaurants of the Principality. Traffic around the port is very heavy and access to the quays is controlled.
It is on these busy days that a private chauffeur really proves his worth: he knows the access points, drops you as close as possible and waits for you after each appointment.
On site
The Monaco Yacht Show is held around Port Hercule, at the foot of the Rock. Here are the places where our chauffeurs are most often expected.
The yachts are moored along the quays and the stands occupy the area around the port. Your chauffeur drops you at the entrance closest to your first appointment; you then enter the show on foot, with your badge.
The Hôtel de Paris, the Hermitage, the Fairmont and the other grand addresses host meetings, lunches and receptions. Give us the name of the hotel and the recommended entrance: each property has its own arrival instructions.
Visits take place at a fixed time, at the invitation of the shipyard or broker. Give us the name of the yacht, the quay and the time: your chauffeur plans the arrival so that you are at the gangway on time.
Getting around
From the first flight to the last appointment, here are the journeys we handle most often during the Monaco Yacht Show.
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, then drives you to your hotel in Monaco. For a team arriving on several flights, we arrange the pickups one by one.
Many participants stay outside Monaco, in Beausoleil, Cap-d’Ail, Roquebrune, Menton or Nice. A transfer morning and evening means you do not depend on public transport during the Monaco Yacht Show.
For a dinner in Monaco, Èze or Cap-Ferrat, your chauffeur drives you there and back, whatever the time. On the last day, book your slot to the airport in advance: demand is very high.
Every schedule is different. Send us yours, even if incomplete: we will tell you what can be booked ride by ride and what deserves a chauffeur at your disposal.
Prepare your business trip
Appointments may be aboard a yacht, in a hotel or within the show. Specify each location and its access restrictions when requesting a coordinated programme.
Whether flying from Paris or another city, your air journey ends at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. Share your flight number, terminal and full hotel address. Meet & greet with a name sign and flight tracking support your private transfer to the agreed destination.
Plan the airport return too: flight time, pickup address and time for airport procedures. During an event, traffic and venue access may change; forward the latest instructions you receive.
Services for your team
Meet & greet with a name sign, flight tracking and a journey to the agreed address. Give the full hotel name: Carlton, Martinez, Majestic or your accommodation in Monaco, Nice or Antibes.
For meetings, receptions and successive appointments, request a chauffeur service. Give start and end times, locations and waiting requirements; availability and terms are confirmed in your quote.
The V-Class seats up to seven passengers, subject to luggage. For separate arrivals or a larger party, request several vehicles with a clear passenger list.
Our commitments
During the Monaco Yacht Show, Monaco moves to a different rhythm: heavy traffic, restricted access, vehicles in high demand. Here is what a chauffeur booked in advance brings you.
Each transfer has a price fixed when you book; each chauffeur-at-disposal request is quoted. You control your budget, with no surprise at the end of your stay.
We track your plane and adjust the pickup to your actual arrival. At Nice Airport, waiting is included for up to one hour after landing.
French and English speaking, they know where to drop off and where to wait when streets are restricted, and adapt the route to the traffic.
For a day of meetings, the same chauffeur stays with you: he waits after each appointment, early in the morning or late at night.
Your comfort

01Up to three passengers. The most common choice for a single participant or two colleagues.

03Up to three passengers. For an executive, an important client or a guest you wish to welcome in style.
Our experience
A few habits that really make the stay easier.
Chauffeur-driven vehicles are in high demand during the Monaco Yacht Show, especially on the first and last days. The earlier you plan, the wider the choice.
A V-Class carries up to seven people. For a team sharing the same hotel and the same diary, it is often the simplest solution.
With the list of your appointments, we can offer a chauffeur at your disposal for the day: a single chauffeur who adapts when a meeting overruns.
One last tip: during the Monaco Yacht Show, allow extra time to get into the Principality. Access roads are very busy in the morning, when the show opens.
The conditions
The rules are the same as for all our journeys. They are set out in full in our terms and conditions of sale.
It depends on the route, the time and the vehicle, and includes fuel, tolls and the luggage declared. Chauffeur-at-disposal requests are quoted.
