Sportel at a glance
Sportel is the international market for sport, media and technology. Every year, in October, rights holders, broadcasters, federations, agencies and technology companies gather in Monaco to negotiate and present their projects.
During Sportel, meetings follow one another on the stands, in the hotel lounges and around the official dinners. Distances are short in the Principality, but the hills and the traffic make journeys longer than you might expect.

Where does Sportel take place?
Sportel is held at the Grimaldi Forum, on the seafront. Here are the places where our chauffeurs are most often expected.
The hotels of the Principality

Book as soon as your dates are set
Chauffeur-driven vehicles are in high demand during Sportel, especially on the first and last days. The earlier you plan, the wider the choice.

A V-Class carries up to seven people. For a team sharing the same hotel and the same diary, it is often the simplest solution.

Prices, waiting time and cancellation
The rules are the same as for all our journeys. They are set out in full in our terms and conditions of sale.
The price
It depends on the route, the time and the vehicle, and includes fuel, tolls and the luggage declared. Chauffeur-at-disposal requests are quoted.
Waiting time
At the airport, it is included for up to one hour after the aircraft lands; elsewhere, thirty minutes are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at €50 per hour.
Cancellation
Free of charge more than 48 hours before departure, 50% between 48 and 24 hours, 100% less than 24 hours before. Let us know as soon as your plans change.
