The Palais des Festivals
The brand stands and TFWA conferences are held here all week. The surrounding streets are restricted during the show; your chauffeur drops you at the authorised point closest to your entrance.
Duty free & travel retail
Brands, buyers and partners in duty free and travel retail meet in Cannes. A private transfer connects your Nice arrival with your hotel. For appointments and receptions, prepare a brief with addresses and timings. Request a tailored quote for several arrivals or vehicles.

The event
The TFWA World Exhibition & Conference is the world’s leading duty free and travel retail event. Every autumn, fragrance, spirits, fashion and confectionery brands meet the retailers of airports, airlines and cruise lines.
During the TFWA show, negotiations take place on the stands in the Palais, but also in the hotels and at the receptions hosted by the brands. Sales teams often come in numbers, with a full schedule from morning to night.
It is on these busy days that a private chauffeur really proves his worth: he knows the access points, drops you as close as possible and waits for you after each appointment.
On site
The TFWA show takes over the Palais des Festivals and its surroundings. Here are the places where our chauffeurs are most often expected.
The brand stands and TFWA conferences are held here all week. The surrounding streets are restricted during the show; your chauffeur drops you at the authorised point closest to your entrance.
The Carlton, the Martinez, the Majestic and the other grand addresses host meetings, breakfasts and receptions. Give us the name of the hotel and the recommended entrance: each property has its own arrival instructions.
Cocktails, dinners and parties are held on the beaches, in the hotels or in private venues around Cannes. Give us the address and the expected end time: your chauffeur waits to take you back.
Getting around
From the first flight to the last appointment, here are the journeys we handle most often during the TFWA show.
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, then drives you to your hotel in Cannes. For a team arriving on several flights, we arrange the pickups one by one.
Many participants stay outside Cannes, in Antibes, Mandelieu, Mougins or Nice. A transfer morning and evening means you do not depend on public transport during the TFWA show.
For a dinner in Mougins, Antibes or Cap d’Antibes, your chauffeur drives you there and back, whatever the time. On the last day, book your slot to the airport in advance: demand is very high.
Every schedule is different. Send us yours, even if incomplete: we will tell you what can be booked ride by ride and what deserves a chauffeur at your disposal.
Prepare your business trip
Declare samples and extra luggage so the vehicle can be chosen appropriately. Also check the organiser’s services available with your registration.
Whether flying from Paris or another city, your air journey ends at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. Share your flight number, terminal and full hotel address. Meet & greet with a name sign and flight tracking support your private transfer to the agreed destination.
Plan the airport return too: flight time, pickup address and time for airport procedures. During an event, traffic and venue access may change; forward the latest instructions you receive.
Services for your team
Meet & greet with a name sign, flight tracking and a journey to the agreed address. Give the full hotel name: Carlton, Martinez, Majestic or your accommodation in Monaco, Nice or Antibes.
For meetings, receptions and successive appointments, request a chauffeur service. Give start and end times, locations and waiting requirements; availability and terms are confirmed in your quote.
The V-Class seats up to seven passengers, subject to luggage. For separate arrivals or a larger party, request several vehicles with a clear passenger list.
Our commitments
During the TFWA show, Cannes moves to a different rhythm: heavy traffic, restricted access, vehicles in high demand. Here is what a chauffeur booked in advance brings you.
Each transfer has a price fixed when you book; each chauffeur-at-disposal request is quoted. You control your budget, with no surprise at the end of your stay.
We track your plane and adjust the pickup to your actual arrival. At Nice Airport, waiting is included for up to one hour after landing.
French and English speaking, they know where to drop off and where to wait when streets are restricted, and adapt the route to the traffic.
For a day of meetings, the same chauffeur stays with you: he waits after each appointment, early in the morning or late at night.
Your comfort
Three recent Mercedes, black with leather interiors. The details of each are on our vehicles page.
01Up to three passengers. The most common choice for a single participant or two colleagues.
02Up to seven passengers. Ideal for moving a team between the hotel, the meetings and a dinner.
03Up to three passengers. For an executive, an important client or a guest you wish to welcome in style.
Our experience
A few habits that really make the stay easier.
Chauffeur-driven vehicles are in high demand during the TFWA show, especially on the first and last days. The earlier you plan, the wider the choice.
A V-Class carries up to seven people. For a team sharing the same hotel and the same diary, it is often the simplest solution.
With the list of your appointments, we can offer a chauffeur at your disposal for the day: a single chauffeur who adapts when a meeting overruns.
One last tip: during the TFWA show, teams often arrive on several flights. Send us the full list and we will organise the pickups.
The conditions
The rules are the same as for all our journeys. They are set out in full in our terms and conditions of sale.
It depends on the route, the time and the vehicle, and includes fuel, tolls and the luggage declared. Chauffeur-at-disposal requests are quoted.
At the airport, it is included for up to one hour after the aircraft lands; elsewhere, thirty minutes are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at €50 per hour.
Free of charge more than 48 hours before departure, 50% between 48 and 24 hours, 100% less than 24 hours before. Let us know as soon as your plans change.
